This image captures some color from a fresh shipment of Dendrobium orchids. Also fresh for this week in the produce arena: we have some really nice organically grown asparagus and ........ avocados are still on sale.
On the tasting venue for the weekend: Mustard. This idea came from our customers, and is now quite popular. New for this tasting: a fresh shipment from Upstate NY's Nunda (nun-day) Mustard. (check their web site!) They recently won 2 bronze medals at a huge tasting entitled "The World Wide Mustard Competition" in Napa Valley, California. Come on in this weekend and try this wonderful homemade mustard. New flavors, new labels, new jars. Samples will be available Saturday and Sunday.
