This photo is from our annual fall display. The apple cider (not pasteurized) is in. We have a terrific selection of NYS apples from local family farms. No biotech stuff...  no hitech stuff... only plain fresh apples.  Just a few of the varieties available so far: Cortland, Crispin (Mutsu),  Empire, Golden Delicious, MacIntosh, Macoun, Melrose, Northern Spy, Red Delicious, Spygold and Lady Apples.
