This photo is from our annual fall display. The hardy garden mums are gorgeous this year. We also have piles of gourds and cornstalks and other fall decorations. The apple cider is in. Also many varieties of NYS fresh apples harvested from local family operated farms (no experimental stuff).

We are now taking pre-orders for fresh Thanksgiving Turkeys. These turkeys are free range and drug free - raised in Vermont and harvested for us on a pre-order basis only. Deadline for orders is Nov., 7th!! Please order now. Deposit required. See one of our cashiers for details when you are in the store.

This weekend Oct. 5th and 6th we are continuing our autumn sampling smorgasbord - this time with salad dressings; we will open up at least a dozen! Click on the photo above to visit our events calendar with upcoming weekend samplings.

and the PS... a couple weeks ago I mentioned soda in the schools. Several customers asked for more information. So, if anyone is interested in learning more I have started to collect some useful links; what I came across so far can be found here: http://www.ludgatefarms.com/sodaban.htm  The logical thing to do I guess is to write letters to your local school boards.
