This weekend we are again fortunate to have as a guest in our store: Personal Chef Michele Wilbur of Green Cuisine - let her show you how she can make your domestic food fare more nutritional (and more sane!) Sat. April 13th 11:00 am - 3:00 pm at Ludgate Farms - If you missed her last time, now is your chance. There is a photo of her in the photo gallery from her last demo... also she has been generous enough to post her recipes for this demo in advance! check out the "new" recipes on the recipe page. She will be preparing "Creamy Asparagus Soup" and "Green Beans with Red Onion and Mustard Seed Vinaigrette".

Next weekend we have another olive oil demo scheduled we will feature two new oils from Portugal.
