Hi,

Saint Patty's Day is this Sunday, March 17th. We have just begun to stock this new (well ... new for us) cheese imported from Ireland. "Dubliner" is an aged cheddar type cheese (min 12 months) that is "pleasantly sharp and nutty". And of course we have shamrocks!

If you take a peek at our events page on the web site, you will see we have an olive oil tasting coming up the following Saturday, March 23rd.

Also posted there is an announcement about a benefit dance March 24th for the Barton Family of Dryden. The Bartons recently lost their horse barn in a fire disaster - some of Ludgate Farms' customers are organizing this event and we are contributing.
