Wilbur - Personal Chef and Nutritionist - from Green Cuisine will
be here at Ludgate Farms on Saturday February 2nd (that's this Saturday)
from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm. She will present a couple of sample dishes
that she might prepare for her customers in their homes. She will also
be able to answer questions and hand out some recipes and samples of her

In our natural grocery department we will have Rice Dream Enriched only in the 32 oz size, vanilla and original flavors on sale starting tomorrow for $1.59 per unit. Case discounts are available for additional savings, please inquire at the store.
