Last week I mentioned artists - did you have a chance to look at the photo gallery from Frog Hill Pottery?  We are continuing our third annual set of Autumn Olive Oil Tastings: next tasting is this Saturday, Oct. 27th 11 am - 7 pm. Meanwhile at Ludgate Farms; fall harvest is still in full force - pumpkins, gourds, winter squash, apples, cider, broom cornstalks, grapes... check this photo gallery!!  We have a terrific selection of NYS apples from local family farms.  These late varieties just in: Braeburn, Gala Supreme (a jumbo version), Golden Delicious, Liberty, and Sweet 16, Spy Gold,  Ida Red, Jonagold, Jonathon, Winesap, Melrose, Pound Sweet, Fuji and Arkansas Black.  We are still taking pre orders for fresh Thanksgiving Turkeys. These turkeys are free range, drug free, raised in Vermont and harvested for us on a pre order basis only. Deadline for orders is Nov. 1st!! Please order now (deposit required).
