Every year we get many questions about the apples. Our apples are grown on regular family farms some of them here in Tompkins County. These apples have not been experimented with in any way: no biotech stuff... no hitech stuff... only plain fresh apples.  Just a few of the varieties available so far: Burgundy, Cortland, Gala, Gingergold, Honeycrisp, MacIntosh, Paula Red, Red Free.
