and Sunday. This week we
will
bring out Salsas and spread them out for a spicy tasting... at
Ludgate Farms: all day Sat and Sun. We'll pop open a
selection of our favorite salsas from around the USA including
such local favorites as Bisco's.

of the featured favorites is Mango Lime!Olive Oil & vinegar tasting ... Friday, Sat & Sun: Mar 3rd, 4th and 5th 2006 ... We will again sample a new
local vinegar made from 100
% pure blueberry juice! This is not a
flavored vinegar, this is made in a slow ferment aging process very
similar to the way good balsamic viniger is made using a blueberry
'must'. The farm name is Cherry Knoll -- they are in Marathon, NY.,Also did you see the two new varietals from Israel [ "Israeli Gold" ]? We received these at the start of the holiday season but you may have missed them .. one from manzanilla olives, this delicious olive oil is fruity and well balanced with a hint of spiciness. The second oil of olives native to the Middle East: the soury olive produces a bolder oil with a nice peppery finish. If you enjoy Middle Eastern cuisine, this oil is a must for your pantry. It is delicious on hummus, other Israeli or Middle Eastern dishes, or anywhere you want a flavorful, spicy oil. winning Villa Manodori organic balsamic vinegar was a big hit.Olive Oil & vinegar tasting ... Sat & Sun: Jan 28th and 29th 2006 ...... We will sample a new
